As per my observation Susan's problem is similar to that of Mr. PRESIDENT And ms.Rice of the second video.
ReplyDeleteWhere they are getting confuse about the words because of its pronunciation. I guess Susan is also struggling between similar phonetic words.
The 1st video was funny if we would have been in classroom

Cam someone tell me when Mr.President was saying United Nations why Ms.Rice was asking him if he wants coffee?

She is not offering him coffee. But she is talking about a person name Kofi (may be he is the guy at United Nations with whom Mr. President wants to talk.)

The problem with Suzan was she mixed the words and also was not able to understand what others say, hence after looking at both the video according to me the second video i.e. Communication Barrier suits Suzan's case.
ReplyDeleteAccording to my view points the video on "Hu's on First? " is the best suited as per Susan's personality because the problem which Susan was facing was related to understand disorder also known as Dyslexia where a person gets confused or is unable to recognize and understand the words and finds it difficult in decoding.
ReplyDeleteAs a result it lands them in state of choctic and confused situation which also make them demotivated and depressed due to their ok ability to make others understand their state of mind.

ReplyDeleteThe president was getting confused with words and its pronunciation same with the Susan's case.It seems as communication barrier as the word said by one person is not easily understood by other .
ReplyDeleteBy watching both the video according to me Susan's problem is similar to the second video i.e communication barriers. Both have the same problem susan and president mixed up the word and unable to understand the words.
ReplyDeleteI think Susan's case is more similar to the second video.As in the second video it is observed that there were a lot of misunderstanding happening between the President and the Secretary due to certain homophonic words used .Both of them perceived things in a different manner,also they could have avoided this by either spelling out the words and correcting the mistake then and there itself.But somehow the miscommunication went on and on.Same is the case of Susan wherein there was a communication lag between the mother and the child right from the start and so the child was always got confused and misinterpreted the things .This should have been avoided and corrected by the mother at the start itself.
ReplyDeletein first video, there is no communication among people. but in second video Mr. president confused because of same pronunciation of words.she was telling name of Hu but Mr president was confused because he was thinking it is who and she is asking to me.
ReplyDeletein Susan case, she had problem to understand what other says.she confused many times to understand the words because she had few words.
in the second video there was communication barrier between Mr president and Ms rice there was confusion and lack of understanding same thing happened with susan's she also had problem to understand she wad confused and face difficulty in speech

Everyone Analyse things differently,they din knew the situation so tha in acted differently on basis of what they saw.
2nd Video:
"Hu" being the first president of China resembling to letter "Who" created confusion.At times you may be expressing things correctly but people interpret it differently
In Susan's Case
She was facing with the problem of Dyslexia
She misunderstood words what people tld her also she she could not convey her message as she used to nice up some wrds unknowingly.
People often misunderstand and interpret things differently also many are misunderstood for their actions that they have performed previously wrong or was not able to convey things properly
